20 people, 10 groups, 1 Wisconsin River
On Saturday, March 15, we pulled together citizen water advocates from the Wisconsin River basin (from Tomahawk to Spring Green) for an afternoon of inspired talk about how we each work to advocate for our own little corners of the watershed, as well as the Wisconsin River as a whole.
We’re inspired by what we heard from our citizen group partners in attendance, from Friends of Lake Mohawksin, Lake Wausau Association, Bepco-Big Eau Pleine Citizen’s Organization, DuBay Property Owners Association, Petenwell and Castle Rock Stewards (PACRS), Duck Creek Watershed Advisory Group, Stewards of the Dells of the Wisconsin River, Lake Wisconsin Alliance, Friends of Scenic Lodi Valley, and Friends of the Lower Wisconsin Riverway (FLOW).
